How do I get started with Mediclic?
Simply click “Create my space” and enter the information needed.
Does Mediclic replace a healthcare professional?
No. Mediclic helps you understand and organise your information, and prepare for conversations. Diagnosis and medical decisions are the responsibility of your healthcare professional.
Can I support a loved one?
Yes, with their consent. Spaces stay separate so you can find the right person’s information and respect what they wish to share.
What are my personal data used for?
The information you provide is used to manage your account and deliver the services you choose: tracking, documents, analyses or helping a relative. Read our privacy policy for details of data processing and your rights. Privacy policy.
Is all Mediclic artificial intelligence hosted in Morocco?
Not yet for every feature. Some features currently use an external provider, OpenAI. Depending on the feature, information needed to operate it may be sent to this provider. Mediclic therefore does not currently describe all of its AI as sovereign.
Can I use Mediclic from abroad?
You can access your space online, subject to connectivity and restrictions on the network you use. Access to your space does not guarantee that all healthcare services are available in the country you are visiting.
